Mission Statement
The Bullitt County Sheriff’s Office will serve as a leader and a partner
within the community in order to prevent crime, maintain safety, enforce all
laws fairly and provide for the humane care of prisoners, while at the same
time respecting and protecting the rights of all citizens.
As the most visible symbol of Bullitt County Law Enforcement, Bullitt
County Sheriffs Deputies will conduct themselves in a manner that
inspires respect for the laws of our Commonwealth. Deputy authority
must be exercised in a manner consistent with principles and values
that make us worthy of public respect.
